Open – All entry forms and checks must be sent directly to USAV and received by March 14, 2008.  Participants of the East Coast Championships who earn a bid must have their entry form and check into USAV by May 30, 2008.  Failure to comply with the above dates could result in the loss of the Open bid.

Open At-Large – All entries must be received by USAV by May 21, 2008.  Entries must be sent to each team’s respective Region prior to the deadline so that the Region has ample time to send it to USA V by May 21, 2008.  It is suggested that all participants of the East Coast Championships enter on-line through AES into the open division and send in their entry form and check for the May 21, 2008 deadline.  This will prevent the team from begin disqualified from the at-large process after the East Coast Championships should they not earn a bid.  Failure to comply with the above date will result in the loss of consideration for an Open At-Large bid. (NCVA Region Deadline – May 12, 2008)

Club- All entries must be received by USAV by June 4, 2008.  Entries must be sent to each team’s respective Region prior to the deadline so that the Region has ample time to send it to USAV by June 4, 2008. (NCVA Region Deadline – May 26, 2008)
